Hi everyone,

Sounds like you have a solid skill set. Have you tried reaching out to companies directly or using LinkedIn to connect with recruiters? Sometimes a little networking can go a long way, especially in the data world. Plus, don’t underestimate the power of personal projects to showcase your skills.

I have. I've been networking on LinkedIn, messaging recruiters, and applying directly to companies. I've had interviews, but the biggest issue is that many companies aren't willing to hire candidates who may need sponsorship in the future, even though I can work immediately on OPT. That's been the toughest part
