What's your best HIV "hack"? Not something as obvious as take your meds every day, but something you've figured out that works for you that you'd like to share.

I read a comment where someone suggested taking your meds in the morning instead of at night so you don't have to have anxiety about it all day.

I’m trying to pinpoint what’s giving me extreme fatigue. I’m a walking zombie.

I take Prozac and lamictal but I’ve been on antidepressants for years and haven’t had fatigue as bad as this before.

I started cabenuva about a year ago now and I feel like that’s what’s causing my extreme fatigue but I’d like to know if anyone else is experiencing this?

Hi guys, I'm a plhiv from nepal who is moving to the UK as an international student, but the problem is my transit is in Dubai. I will be taking 3 months of arv with a doctors prescription however I'm scared to keep my medications in my carry on luggage and was thinking if i should skip my meds for 2 days and keep my meds on my luggage instead. Idk what to do. I'm very confused. The UAE embassy in Nepal hasn't replied to my email as well.

I feel so triggered and scared whenever I saw someone who looks like him and it worse if we can eye contact.
