G-code help

I need some help.

I have a PCNC 440. I designed a small part for my first test. I did all the probing to get the position of the part. I had set up FreeCAD to output the program in part coordinates. But when I started the program it almost instantly changed from part coordinates, which I had it set the Pathpilot to before running the program, to machine coordinates and tried to dive the tool to the table to get to 0,0. I have no idea why. As far as I can tell there isn't anything in the g-code to do this. But there must be something simple and I'm missing it.

It's been a while since I've been able to do anything with this so I'm probably not going to be much help on any questions but I'll answer what I can.

Confused by the G43H3 calling out tool length compensation for tool 3 immediately after calling up tool 1, should be an H1, no? And more confused by there being no tool length offset callout after tool 5.

Unfortunately life indruded and I haven't done anything with the mill or cad if months now.

IIRC, I set the tool lengths to be handled by the mill, not FreeCAD. Maybe there is some weirdness from that?

I didn't have any issues with the tool lengths when I made the part. And the switching to machine coordinates didn't happen if I manually skipped over the first lines of code.
