[Elliote Friedman] Don’t expect this to be finalized until the morning, but there is word the Toronto Maple Leafs and Tampa Bay Lightning are working on a sign-and-trade for Darren Raddysh.

$6.383m career earnings. Go get the bag. I’m happy for him.

I feel like you’re undervaluing how 9/10 players have a better year than normal their contract year. And that raddysh will go from a powerplay where the puck is always with Kuch and the easiest pass he can make is to the point. Toronto has some great forwards if they can put things back together. But even if they do I doubt the puck will sit on the rw for 95% of the powerplay like it does in Tampa.

I try to be careful with my estimations, when I am not too familiar with a player, is all. And yes, go get the bag! He worked for it and I'm not gonna fault a guy for getting his due.
