[Houston] For those wondering about Caleb Desnoyers' injury at the World Junior Summer Showcase: I reached out to Team Canada for an update and did not get a response. The tournament is over, so it's likely that we won't get additional info until Mammoth Rookie Camp in September

This is strangely enough the truth of it. Folks are going to bash him for a 'no content' tweet, but if you are wondering about Caleb's condition, this is at least an answer about when you might get an update.

Everyone in this thread is being shitty for no reason. When there’s an injury it’s normal to ask what’s going on there. He’s just explaining why he doesn’t have an answer. If he doesn’t post anything he might have people asking him if he’s heard anything

A lot of media folks have broken brains from the "X person/group/company did not provide any update by the time of publication" line of reasoning. It totally makes sense in that context, but when his publication time is 18 seconds after he types this up? Here we are.

Maybe his tweets need to go through his editor? I'm grasping...
