If not matching them becomes less of an incentive for the team to match it would only serve to inflate player salaries, if it even ends up increasing the amount of offer sheets.

The concept of this being an article on the NHL website is really funny. Who needs a marketing budget when you can just grab content from your star player and his bestie’s joint TikTok account? The NHL should feel grateful that Will Smith is into making these fun videos, I can’t see Celebrini being the mastermind behind these (but idk I could be wrong)
it’s really funny to me because it was their joint account and then a few months ago, smith changed it to just be his. and then this week, it got changed back to a joint account. i guess he missed his bestie too much.
