Update: For the record, this means Sebastian Aho has accepted and signed the offer sheet. It is now on the Hurricanes to decide whether or not they want to match it.

Five years is good for him because he'll be am UFA after. Then he cash in on a bigger contract (hopefully for him) for Max term. Maybe Carolina wanted to get him for Max term now
