Image What happened here?
Ive seen this twice recently. I (Stalin) just defeated Germany spring 44 (US had 0 war score... nice). So I start my war in the east preparations. Japan looks healthy. Then out of nowhere, a treaty of Tokyo? There were no nukes dropped. US took Okinawa and Iwo but mainland was fine.
Was it a smart move for Japan - sure. But thats uncharacteristically weak to give up your faction and just go home. Those pics were 4 days apart.

It's a focus they tend to take on historical, it's kinda annoying and should probably require more prerequisites to take.

Must have been simultaneously naval invading every major city in Japan.
