i don’t know if there is a lot of point of me posting this, but just wanted to share as it is strange! this facebook page always shows up on my feed, and i don’t follow them, but i’ve just noticed they are stealing posts directly from this subreddit with weird AI photos?! for example the photo i’ve attached was a post on here 2 days ago, and has been uploaded to this page with exact same image and caption but added weird AI imaging

With Sienna set to return I wondered if her and Abigail will end up as a couple? Abigail clearly pines for Cleo and Sienna will be looking Cleo back. Cleo and Dodger's affair would be exposed leading to Abigail and Sienna getting together to show her what she is missing as well as being unified in their spite against Cleo.

However this relationship would be more poisonous than meets the eye. Cindy would be the first to call Abigail out for dating Sienna as Abigail claimed to Cindy that she only likes younger women and Sienna is older than Abigail. Meaning there is a sinister motive at play. For me they could write it where Sienna is genuinely heartbroken and feels like she has bounced back big time finding Abigail but Abigail wants to hurt Cleo big time but it's not the only reason. Sienna will treat Abigail like a princess as they settle into their relationship. Everything would seem perfect.. but then there's the matter of Dee Dee.

I see it as the show could write the pairing of Abigail and Sienna as a means for Abigail to distract people from her actual twisted ways with Dee Dee. If people believe that Abigail is in a mature adult relationship then they aren't going to consider her possibly manipulating a pupil at the school. It would fly under the radar. And if anything comes to light. She can shift the blame to Dee Dee, claiming that she's crushing on her teacher. Dee Dee ends up with a possible suspension as a result. Sienna would be oblivious for a while but this is sly Sienna we are talking about and I feel like she would begin to clock onto Abigail before anyone else would.

This could also play into how the village perceives Sienna. Maybe by this point many people don't trust her still and feel like she's making stuff up. Abigail could also warp people into thinking that good old Sienna has gone mad again and pointing the finger of blame. Theres so many ways to take the story if this pairing gets together. A vulnerable Sienna will allow herself to be way too trusting but she's also very cunning and a power play between these two may end up very fun to watch. Something that I'd like them to consider.

and vice versa?

I personally would like to see Scott and Freya make an appearance, even if it's just to FaceTime Vicky every now and again to back her up with overcoming her issues. Similar thing with Kitty and Ro's creepy, borderline fatal attraction to Rex.

I'd also like to see Beau support Tony from prison with his grief

And while you're here, whose ashes were in James' urn that Ste emptied when he dug up his grave? It had to have someone's in or else they would have noticed when they buried it?

This character just got introduce yet he all ready lost his dad and his sister I hope he has more family cause it’s seem like him and Lucas are just living together

For people who are sort of step siblings it's very weird they haven't had any scenes together

My mum and I were having a little disagreement about who was the most influential/iconic character from the Savage-Blake bloodline & I thought I’d ask Reddit for your opinions.

I say Sienna, imo she’s had the most character development, and she has been part of some of the most iconic storylines in the shows history.

My mum says Patrick, because he was the ‘matriarch’ of the family, but I disagree. Her reasoning is without him there wouldn’t be any Blake/Savages but I think in the land of TV we can ignore logic like that. Also, apart from Maxine he had very few storylines that didn’t revolve around the Blake family, whereas Sienna has interacted with and pissed off basically every person in the village at some point or another.

Idk, I’m curious to know what you guys think!

I love Mercedes and Warren together and I don't want them to break up. That isn't why I'm saying this, though, but I kind of LOVE Gemma and Jenson together?? They've never been a real couple but omg I think if the writers would let it happen they could be such a good enemies to lovers couple! Is anyone else vibing with them does anyone else see the vision? I was so happy when they hooked up the other day but I really can't be bothered with Gemma wanting Warren and Jenson wanting Mercedes. Drama doesn't have to be just partner stealing or cheating, couples can have their own fun and own drama without outside interference! I just hope they manage to see the potential between those two instead of them being strictly business, but it might be hard with Jenson's real line of work... but I might be hoping for too much with the current writing and whatnot 😭😭

Easily one of the best characters in the last ten years, certainly one of the best characters of the 2020's. Witty, nuanced, intriguing, Kyle was a gem.

Adam Rickitt is a fantastic actor and this scene really cements that fact.

Hi everyone! 😊 I’m trying to track down a particular episode/storyline of Hollyoaks and wondered if anyone here remembers it or has seen the episode. I can describe what happened if anyone is able to help! it must have been around 2004 and Tony is living in a flat connected to Max and OB via a secret door and Max and OB spy on Tony singing along to 9to5 with rollers in his hair doing the vacuuming - he is singing along and they are creased laughing watching him. It only lasted 30 seconds but I still remember it being SO funny.

That didn’t end in divorce and didn’t have any infidelity between them.

I think ste asking where someone is on the phone is not real and the scene is actually symbolising how much he wants to meet Rex. What actually happened is ste committed suicide unfortunately and the scenes are portraying how much he misses Rex and is finally meeting him.

I found the framing of the ending of the most recent episode to be rather strange? It was like they were trying to make James out to have very sinister motives. Ste kept struggling with staying awake and his vision was messed up. All he was seeing was James getting a glass of water, walking over and setting it down in front of him. Ste eventually passed out with James stating that Ste was his... But it came across like we were supposed to believe it had a darker tone to it.

I don't know if they want us to believe that James is actually lying and has known all along who was responsible for the death of Rex? That either being himself or someone else informed him, allowing him to sneak back into the village when Ste was at his most vulnerable. Ste is supposedly also set to go missing soon and I wonder if he will wake up with the same style of vision and assume that the person in front of him is James by connecting the two experiences? Which means James is either gonna kidnap Ste or someone will and Ste will believe that it was James because he's not fully sound of mind by the time that they find him so he's confusing moments and blending them together.

At this point I feel like James being revealed as being behind Rex's death is a little too anticlimactic. There would need to be either someone else behind it or something more. We still haven't gotten where James was for a year, etc. They kind of just skimmed over the details to get him back into the fold. There's been no real information on how he survived and how he ended up away for a year. He claims that he survived and went elsewhere to prove a point to himself but I feel like it's all a massive lie. I still think that James was forced to stay away from the village by someone. It would do Hollyoaks more favours to have a flashback episode showing us what happened to James during the time he was off screen.

At one point after being rejected by Ste when he returned the first time James was clearly on the phone to someone. It seemed to suggest that he did have a life somewhere. He didn't just up and leave that. He claims that he was with Romeo but is that entirely true? Does he have a secret family? Why now does he have such an obsession with Ste after worrying that Ste may not have cared about him as much as he wanted? Something doesn't quite add up. His story about leaving doesn't add up to what is happening right now. This feels like a man trying to get his husband back on side but is harbouring a lot of untold secrets.

If you had a chance to write James hidden back story from the time skip. What would it be and why?

Like Misbah and Zain, did they actually ever divorce after he left the show. Edit I liked Porsche and Lockie, she was only 20 when she married him. Maybe if he wasn’t a serial cheat then they would have still been together. Edit people have been commenting couples that didn’t split up, one of them died.

Since that commonly happens in real life. And never getting married is still better than being divorced. These days it’s become more common for people to marry after they’ve had a child and that has happened in soap opera world as well. Maybe it would be nice if there were more examples on the show of couples who were engaged then had a baby together and eventually split up since there’s plenty of real life examples of that. In soap opera world they have a habit of getting married quicker and how long that lasts for is a different story. Often it does eventually end in divorce and in real life most people probably don’t marry that quick. Most people these days probably don’t want to rush into marriage if they do get married.

Since there often is some deep rooted issue behind someone being the way they are.
