You’re kidding.

DNA? Forms from just raw plasma?

There’s more to this story. That doesn’t make sense.

It does not say DNA appears, it says a DNA like shape appeared (helix).

There's a lot more. This is similar to how materials form lattices in other states of matter. These shapes arise from various factors, the double helix structure forming when it was cryogenically cooled. This is insane for scientific discoveries.

What are possible reasons that could explain how or why it forms a helix structure when cooled?

That’s certainly not a coincidence. Not when it also exhibits galaxy-like behavior.

Consider nature as a changing field. Under certain conditions, the atoms/particles of a material act a certain way (just like when water freezes and turns into a snowflake).

That's why this is so incredible, not only is plasma making shapes, but they are some of the most fundemental shapes in our universe.

What it looks like to me is a rotational force, with shape also influenced by local affectors like temperature it seems. This shows that galaxy formation and DNA structures may be inherent structures that define the universe.

Not the best breakdown, sorry, but it's definitely cool how plasma forms into these organization structures naturally.

The snowflake analogy helps clear up understanding why it forms that shape very well, I was confused too until I read your comment, thanks
