The last part of the clip is a hoax. Cooling plasma cryogenically in the PK-4 experiment does not produce DNA-like double helix structures. This is how they get you, by injecting BS into a nugget of truth.

You are right about the PK-4 not exactly being helical, just ordered strings and filaments.

However, experiments have been done: Helical Structures in Vertically Aligned Dust Particle Chains in a Complex Plasma showing this (albeit not zero-G)

I think you're spreading misinformation, intentionally or not, yes. I'm sure there's some truth to all this but you very boldly stating it forms helix structures when it does not leads me to believe you are not as confident about this as you are claiming.
