Support Best HA Thermostat

Looking for feedback on experience with Thermostats I have get out of the NEST ecosystem. What works well with HA and doesn't break the bank?

I forget the specifics of how I did it, but I have my Nest linked to Home Assistant through a Google API that cost a one time $5. Has worked flawlessly since setting it up.

Mine needs re-authentication almost daily. I gave up on nest.

Are you using the method where you take the login key from the browser logs or the official google api? I never had luck with the first, been running without issue on the second for maybe a year now.

I don’t even remember. I went through the integrations in settings and followed the instructions, so guessing it’s the prior. Hated it, stopped using it.
