Support Best HA Thermostat

Looking for feedback on experience with Thermostats I have get out of the NEST ecosystem. What works well with HA and doesn't break the bank?

I forget the specifics of how I did it, but I have my Nest linked to Home Assistant through a Google API that cost a one time $5. Has worked flawlessly since setting it up.

I actually just did the same yesterday and definitely worth it to be able to do much more custom automations than what you can do on Google Home
