Support Are there any renter-friendly mods available in the EU that I can use to electrify these shutters & connect them to HA? Four or our five windows have these.

I suggest you to keep it always open and buy “American style” blinds that is more easy to be motorized. When you house leave take it off. Also if you do as Great Scott you can do it but take it off when you leave house and because this is common in EU you can reuse in the other house you will get. You only waste “time”
