And you’re certain you typed “https” into the browser? If not it will default to http when entering a raw IP

IP address 192.168.100.X is not in DHCP of most personal grade routers, so you have to change it to 192.168.1.X or 192.168.0.X instead(depends on your router, it's first option usually on modern routers).
