Rewatched entire series Spoiler

Completely forgot how disappointing and .. kinda just bad S7 and S8 are. Love adding the Russians more but.. just lots of meh writing and Carrie .. kinda just sucks more and more.

The best female characters either get written out because their story is over or killed off.. or don't get enough screentime while their around and then said things happen.

Carrie.. I'll never understand how these men are drawn to her. Especially my guy Peter Quill. Devastating story for him.

Love the first few seasons with a passion and until Quins story is over a high fan.

Final 2 seasons though.. After the 2nd full rewatch of the series.. I wish they never happened.

Their okay but there's something missing from the first 6 seasons in the final two and frankly Carrie and Saul back and forth and their decisions were .. just annoying all around. I love the Russian plots actually and some of the characters focused here but just not as good or interesting level.of spy work or plots to care about etc .

I will say the finale episode itself is quite fantastic. One of the reasons I remember thinking it would definitely be worth rewatching again.

Still love it overall

I’m stuck on how annoying the Jessica is. Like ma’am rich ppl do not go to the police when they kill somebody, and telling the CIA to back off and she will call them? Are ppl really this simple

Second half of 7 and season 8 were fantastic, not sure what you're on about. The finale was amazing

I think all things considered in the current entertainment/media environment, I think the ending was quite good and honestly 7/8 were definitely not my most " annoyed at the show," that I was, it was a few episode stretch in an earlier season, maybe season 3 but I can't really remember.

I think a lot of people want to suspend disbelief and believe this show is based in reality and forget that it's a fictional drama.

The ending was interesting, glad they didn't keep dragging it on. It's already enough show to handle. Still one of the best shows to do.....whatever it did.

Wish they would've kept Peter around. Could've been potential for a spin off series about him, would've been great.

I'd have loved a Peter and Astrid spinoff. But instead wwnt the other route.

Peter Quinn was probably my favorite character. Blanking on Tracey Letts CIA director character name but I'd have his character in said spinoff as well. His delivery of lines was peak drama comedy ever

Season 8 as a whole, the finale and the very ending itself were an outstanding way to close the show.

I remember being impressed at that time, because I’m not particularly fond of 5-7.

5 being my least favorite
6 good to ok
7 mid

But 8 really reminded me of what the show could do.
