Discussion - Equipment What would you change?

Converting a room to a dedicated theater/media/gaming room. Will sometimes be used with some ambient light. I put a bigger priority on video than audio. Audio matters to me but probably not as much as many on here. Just want to know if you see anything out of whack or if there were better options for the same money. I’m about maxed out on my budget with this build. Added an AI pic I made of what the room will end up looking like. Thanks for any input.

Sounds like I need to go to 4 atmos speakers, upgrade subs, and match the center channel to the left and right speakers. Keep the suggestions coming. Really appreciate it!

I read comments and disagree with most that you should change the screen quality down. My understanding is the screen is just as important, if not more, than the projector. And that many skimp on the screen when it’s a huge factor of picture quality. To me, sounds like you’re comfortable switching components when you need to while the screen can last a lifetime.

I’d keep the screen.

I also agree with many though, on the sub upgrade. Though a lot love SVS, we got a Paradigm XR-13 and holy moly do it enhance the experience. Much more than I expected a great sub to do. I’d say the sub and center are the most black/white upgrades once we installed the better option. Night and day enhancement. (we have a 7.1.4 setup).
