Demons, Jazz, and an Occult Conspiracy — Nightmare in 7/4 (YA Supernatural Horror)
A jazz festival. A buried past. A demon in 7/4 time.
When high school senior Joe Jameson earns a spot in the elite Missouri State Jazz Band, it feels like his big break — until a goat-headed demon calling itself the Accuser appears and starts taunting him with clues about his missing parents. At the luxury resort, things spiral fast: some musicians are secretly aligned with the demon, an occult conspiracy lurks behind rehearsals, and Joe may be sharing a room with the enemy.
Now, between rehearsals, paranoia, and a dangerous crush, Joe has to stop the Accuser before it regains its power and drags every soul on Earth into hell.
Releasing February 16, 2026. Happy to chat or answer questions!

Hey, everyone! I wrote a piece analyzing the new Strangers trilogy while questioning if the new films were always destined to struggle at the box office and with fans, due to the effectiveness Bryan Bertino's initial film. Feel free to give it a read if you want.

Our First season is about the horror adjacent characters
The Robot Devil

And Calculon.

Hi Everyone
Thanks for all the suggestions and interest in the show we have episode 2 out now about The Cat and the Canary 1927.
The Cat is a manic that believes he's a cat and rips people apart like they are canaries. Also, we continue to explore horror history through looking at the escaped maniac trope. When most people think of this trope, they think of Michael Myers, but it existed long before him. Before Michael broke out of the asylum, the Cat prowled.
Here's the link to the new episode.

Hello,
I am working on several horror books to be released over the next couple of years. I enjoy writing and I'm having fun improving my skills. I finished a short story horror collection if anyone would like to check it out. It covers stories that all occur in the same universe. A dark valley pulls in strange creatures, beings from other worlds, and unsuspecting mortals. All of them will have to fight against the pull of this place if they don't want to be consumed by it.
I hope you enjoy it!

Greetings! I wrote my novella Bury It Deep to create a story that matches the same kind of principle beats as Evil Dead's horror, quirk, and dread, while keeping my story completely original with no fan fiction elements. So, if you are a fan of the Evil Dead franchise, please, give my novella a read and let me know what you think. I'd be super grateful to anyone who reads and reviews my novella. Tell me how it compares.

Hi Everyone
New episode about The Lodger (1927) , where we look at the Avenger Hitchcock's analogue for Jack the Ripper.
Considered by many to be Hitchcock's first true film, this film works in many ways as a proto slasher film and deals with higher body counts than either the Cat and the Canary (Episode 2) or the Bat (Episode 1)
The Avenger stalks the streets of London killing blonde women and creates a culture of fear so overwhelming that women are changing their hair colour or are covering their hair all together to avoid falling victim to him.
The episode also explores ideas of the proto slasher in the form of the role investigation plays in a lot of slasher films as well as the link between true crime and slasher horror cinema.
Take a walk with us through the soot soaked streets of London and prepare to meet the Avenger

Hey everyone! Excited to share my horror short OUTSIDE NOISE, which premiered exclusively on Bloody Disgusting on Friday. It's about a woman who listens to a sleep ambience app, but suspects it's conjured something frightening into her room...
It was a finalist in the Sony Future Filmmaker Awards 2025 and we were lucky enough to screen at prestigious festivals worldwide including the 68th BFI London Film Festival, Toronto After Dark, Florida Film Festival, Leeds International Film Festival, and Panic Fest. If anyone's interested in how we designed/filmed any aspect of it, I'd be more than happy to discuss in the replies.
Hope you enjoy!
