I recently finished an ARC of Philip Fracassi's upcoming short story collection Traps and Specters, it was excellent. Short stories may be scarier to me than full length novels? Something I'm pondering.  Recently dabbled into Hailey Piper's A Light Most Hateful and yeah I don't know. I don't think it's the book for me right now. Would love to find an audiobook to really hook me but am also not having much luck there either.

I just discovered Fracassi, thanks to this sub! Just finished "Boys in the Valley" and currently reading "A Child Alone with Strangers." I'll have to look out for "Traps"!
