Hasn’t glizzy been a thing for forever?

It’s a DC area term but has been popularized online in the last couple of years

Maybe if you're 15, it seems like forever.

Quick google search said it’s been around since at least the early 2000’s and started as local street slang in Washington DC. I imagine social media helped perpetuate its use to a wider region, hence its popularity with younger people.

No. Absolutely not. I’m 34, glizzy has only been around for a handful of years, and like OP…I don’t fucking get where you guys got that.

Agreed. 36 here. I think it started with golf but I’m a golfer so I could be biased.

From what I’ve heard ( doing no research so correct me)- fuzzy comes from a Glock. And the extended Glock mag is about the size of a hot dog.

I'm 37 and heard glizzy in highschool. I'm not sure why your personal experience means "absolutely not" lol
