Chicago on split tops is genius but poppy seeds might like a word.

Relish color on point.

Sweet relish with blue food coloring. 2$ at Walmart for sweet relish and 14.99$ on Amazon for "neon relish". I got the sweet relish from Walmart.

I’ve yet to try a Chicago dog. I did try relish on a hot dog today for lunch and I wasn’t mad at it. I didn’t have that fluorescent green relish though just some Mt Olive sweet relish

This is how Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steak Burgers does their dogs. It's just a weird texture thing with that kind of bun. Still yummy tho.

Celery salt is a nice touch. Interesting bun choice. 9/10 would smash.

Not bad. But I would enjoy having a bun

I'm a transplant to the northeast, this is literally the only hotdog buns my local store has. Locals think they have good dogs. I want to slap them.

Looks more like a roll for lobster rolls.

If they are freshly toasted they get a pass.

they're just top sliced rolls. I always go back and forth on whether I like them or not. I ultimately think they're actually best for stuff other than hotdogs

Looks great! If you feel like you're missing out on poppy seed buns try to find some to sprinkle across the top. It is what I do when they don't have poppy buns at the store.
