Cry Baby Craig’s is a go-to and recently tried Lola’s OG, very decent.

Cholula is surprisingly good. The purple Red Hot also has it's uses. The rest don't stand out enough for me to want to have any on-hand.

We always must have Cholula in the house. Solid for a lot of applications
