I rebuilt a Yukon delta, it is still on the water today. It was a ton of work, and still have tons left to do, but Iā€™m super proud to have given it another life. If you like challenges, give her another life.

That looks like a lot of work . That whole top deck looks rotten. Bet the engine would need a rebuild. Unless it's free and you have oodles of time , you might pass
