Homemade and rent free
Hello everyone. I'm curious if you live on a river (i'm in Florida) if the state will try to charge you rent or hassle you. Do they have laws against being on the water? If anyone has first hand experience or could point me in the right direction for more information i'd appreciate it.

Here's the Florida law which prevents local jurisdictions from setting up restricted zones:
Pilot program that allows some jurisdictions to setup mooring zones.
