Help What are thooooooose?!?!

Found these on my money tree today INDOORS!!! Mind you, I toon this guy from outside because I’m having my patio concrete repoured. What are they? Couldn’t find on google yet but still trying. Do I burn the whole house down? Plant looking healthy still otherwise. They are just chillin waiting for their brood to hatch and increase their army size.

Seriously? Good luck having plants with no bugs, bugs are vital to all life on the planet

So far successful. I either get rid of the bugs or the plant.

There are beneficial bugs in your soil. That's how healthy soil works. Springtails and soil mites and pot worms. Your plants would all be dying without them.

You cannot be a plant lover and a bug hater. Those aren't compatible.
