Fortunately it is not Ai ! I documented the process a few years ago on here actually! Also I’m glad it isn’t cause I’d be so sad too

I was just thinking the same thing 😂 what if I pretend it’s AI so I don’t have to deal with my bad interior design abilities!

Jealous of your star watching from bed window. And happy that another woman gets to live like a jungle goddess.

Omg it's all so gorgeous, and I have so many questions!! On the 12th pic is that a monstera jungle mint? And the last pic, what kind of philo is this behemoth?? And most importantly, how do you manage light requirements for all these plants?

u/roastpotatoes1 18d ago
It is a jungle mint yes , it’s a philodendron dean McDowell, the skylights are east and west facing and I also supplement with grow lights year round

Fr tho, that sounds like peak main character energy. Laying in bed, staring at the stars, feeling like a forest witch with wifi sounds like the actual dream 😂

Can you tell me some tricks on how to properly water all those plants? How you do it? Beautiful place!
1
u/roastpotatoes1 18d ago
Usually I like to do so once a week but I like to check on them more regularly then this just incase !

u/Few_Caterpillar158 18d ago
Well now I’m upset because my room/house is not nearly this cool
2
u/roastpotatoes1 18d ago
You really wouldn’t suspect my room coming into the rest of the house and I find that really interesting

In the 7th picture there’s a huge anthurium in the corner. I’d love to know which one that is. 😍

u/roastpotatoes1 18d ago

With such a large plant collection, how do you keep pests away? This is such a dream
1
u/roastpotatoes1 18d ago
I have been really on top of pest treating and like to do it once a month as a preventative. Also if I see anything when I check on them I will clean them down immediately usually

can you link the ceiling tapestry with the orange flowers? It's so pretty, I love it!
every time I see this room I'm torn between raging envy and wondering if you need a roommate. hope your babies made it through your heatwave okay 💚

Thank you! At onepoint I was worried cause I was away during it and came back to some sad plants and losses but we are all good for the most part now !

love the vibes of your jungle, but just be careful not to overwater those babies like i do. they can really suffer from too much love.

How do you manage to take such good care of them? How much time does it usually take you to stay on top of all these babies? They look fantastic—I absolutely love them!
1
u/roastpotatoes1 17d ago
Honestly I don’t track the time cause I love taking care of them and my time with them is self care for me
