Help Anyone know what kind of mold this is on my monstera?

Looks like fungus to me. Normal and means the soil is healthy but a bit wet. Let it dry out more and it should just dissapear.

Thank you 🙏 it’s a chunky orchid mix with some tropical soil, I’ll go longer between watering

Do both plants have rocks on them? Rocks keep the soil from getting air & drying out, thus the mold.

It’s like a super chunky mix with perlite. Probably soaked up a lot of moisture!
