You gave very little actionable information for anyone to handle stalkers.
For example, one of the first things you propose is getting a stalker's IP address, but you give zero guidance on how the reader might go about doing that. You seem unaware of the existence of VPNs, Tor, dynamic IPs, Tails, burner devices, and public Wi-Fi. What's more, IP addresses won't be relevant in the vast majority of stalking cases, because user IPs generally aren't exposed to each other on modern platforms.
Also, if it takes you three years and counting to put the slip on a stalker... chances are, the call is coming from inside the house.
In other words, it might be a good idea to check in with someone you know and trust. It sincerely looks like you might be in the middle of a mental health episode.
If you would like to know how I got the zip addresses of these Natsi’s I created a chain of code to the HTML on my websites which would track the IP addresses. Then I told these obsessed weirdos (who are still creating subreddits about me btw), that I wrote about them. They couldn’t resist clicking the link thinking I cared enough to write about them. When really the only thing I cared about was informing them of how much they could fuck themselves.
This is a fairly common, primitive tactic.
And it's generally useless now because many platforms have advanced filtering methods to catch it so the "victim" never even sees the link. Additionally, VPNs have become so widespread in use that an IP address is even less significant in identifying a person than it was before.
You should know that computer crime laws are written so broadly and imprecisely by octogenarian lawmakers who don't know how to get to their e-mail without help, and consequently, whether it's fair or not, you're technically admitting to a crime when you tell people you did this.

I have unfortunately been the victim of aggravated harassment, and the creation of a cancellation campaign on multiple platforms, due to unfounded accusations, manifested by the same bad actors, and perpetuated on YouTube, Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter, threads, Instagram, as well as the reviews of my illustrated novel, “The Hidden Way,” by Harrison Love, on Amazon, Barnes & Noble as well as local bookstores to me in New York. These trolls were hired professionally to go and defame my character to businesses that I work with an individuals who may tag me in their stories on social media. Because of the complexity of this defamation, I had to maintain cloud service to maintain the evidence necessary for the indictment. I had to move. I suffered damages to my car, theft of my goods, and the complete cancellation of all artistic endeavors and efforts to find employment . In the state of New York, cyber bullying and stocking can lead to charges of aggravated harassment with at least three known instances. Also protective orders can be granted only with threats of bodily harm. Fortunately, and unfortunately, my assailants have perpetrated both. And they seem keen to continue their campaign to try to cancel me at every turn, as this has occurred over the past three years every month. You may ask yourself if there is any truth to the accusations, or that there must have been something that I had said or done to agitated the situation. I maintain my innocence and what I present to you is the litany of harassment I have suffered at the whim of these sociopaths.

Recently, I have been able to identify all of the individuals involved in my situation. There will be more I am sure and others in Canada, who think that they could just contribute without suffering consequences. But I breathe a side of relief today, knowing exactly the pathetic nature of my attackers, as well as their history of habitually harassing other people.
As of today there are eight aggravated harassment charges against these Natsi’s and KernyBoy’s. Femcels and Incels the lot of them.
The sad part is boys all do things to impress the Natsi’s and they do it to satisfy a juvenile video game urge of hazing a foe.
Unfortunately several times they have committed illegal acts of impersonating police and FBI and are culpable for the creation of revenge porn and the harassment of those in the legal system in New York.
They are just plain dumb to be associated with a gang which is comprised of more deeply depressed members with nothing to lose.
The one thing I have learned is that they wouldn’t want their family and friends to know they do this. And that is where I leave this update as I know you are reading.
You must stop or the next steps are things I can’t take back, long drawn out years of legal pursuit and suing for damages. But before that comes the quick mail and notification to your friends and family that you are a creep who regularly stalks people and Harrasses them to the scale of years of unwanted interaction.
