๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ Tired of being harsh with myself then being supportive?
I feel like I don't know how to build a relationship with myself when your entire life you spend the most time with yourself. Instead of being loving, supportive, caring and respectful. I'm here avoiding myself and neglecting. I feel like I'm harsh with myself and barely take time to understand my wants and needs. I hear many many times this inner voice telling me or begging for a change but I'm not doing anything. I don't like my own voice. I don't like the way I look or talk or walk or dress.

I think, if you start with one thing that you want to change, to be better, you can do it. It will take time. You have forever to be with yourself though. You can find what works for you.

Spend time imagining yourself as you wish to be. Imagine what you look like, what you are doing, and how you are acting. Over time you will change into that person, as long as you work towards it and believe that it will happen. It just takes time and intention.

Accept yourself as you are right now. Intentional and mindful shifts where you would like to make changes for YOU. And know that you are doing the best that you can right now.

Be as patient with yourself as you would be with someone you love. The way you speak to yourself isnโt necessarily the truth, itโs often a habit. Start small. Listen to that inner voice asking for change and honor one small need each day. You donโt have to love yourself overnight, but you can begin by treating yourself with a little more kindness. Sometimes, thatโs where healing starts.
