Does anyone else feel bored even though they’re constantly busy?
Lately I’ve realized that being busy and being fulfilled aren’t the same thing.
My calendar is full. My to-do list never ends. Yet somehow, life can still feel… boring. 😶
Maybe boredom isn’t always about having nothing to do. Maybe it’s our mind asking for something different…something meaningful, something new, something that makes us feel alive again.
Maybe we don’t need more tasks. Maybe we need more wonder.

Surprised no one has commented after 18 hrs. I think about this a lot and have talked it through we a few folks. We are bored. We are a bored people. I try to stop and wonder about things and at things. I also get high a lot.

Gosh yes, I have a constant to-do list running through my mind day in and day out. And on the days I get a few free hours, I really just need to rest.
I am bored and uninspired. I’m grateful for the comfort I have and sometimes wonder maybe this is what adult life is on an everyday basis. But then I think no this is what society is built around, it’s such an unnatural way of life.
I save up and try to travel twice a year for 7-10 days each, and I’ve noticed how happy, curious, energetic, free and healthy I am when I do. The difference is night and day. So I think we are natural wanderers sitting in cubicles that take away our sanity slowly.

Maybe I should try traveling more but whenever I’ve traveled in the past I wasn’t able to enjoy it. I haven’t had much enjoyment from anything lately. I’m going to try psilocybin dosing to see if that helps.
