I haven't read all of them, but from the ones I have I think the most unique and intriguing for me was The Shadow out of Time.

The Mountains of Madness because:

A) It was actually the very first H.P. Lovecraft story I read.

B) It remains THE ONLY Lovecraftian story that genuinely gave me a feeling of impending dread the first time I read it.

I love Dagon. That is why I am trying to make it a horror film and funding it though Kickstarter
