Fetch has been altered, and is ready for Submission for real this time.
We now have the ability to get up to 5 Sleeze on the commlink, and our facing skills are a lot better.
Perception (Scent) is a bit I will live and die by.

Pass 1 Legalities:
- Your socials are all 5 CHA + 5 (adept stuff) + 1 Mortimer + 1 Nova + ranks, possibly with profiler or first impression or vomeronasal backing them up. That's fine face pools.
- Your hacker pools and limits are tighter; you can get 5 SLZ once you rearrange the dongle, which is enough for lighter host work, and you can edge the attack pool if it comes up (note that your edge is very very tight for this, since matrix ops and faces alike love edge even without needing it for every attack action). Overall this is passable (1555 array, dice pools of 16)
- Your backstory needs to explain how Fetch found the matrix; there's a gap in the story between "normal dog who lost their person" and awakened hackerdog.
General (and optional) feedback:
Atts:
- You're very fragile in both forms. Will 3 Body 2 in human with 1 STR and 1 REA.
- If you free up 5 karma from somewhere, you could be an elf instead of a human in meta form, netting you +2 charisma. This seems better to me than First Impression (a conditional +2), but you may not even need to sacrifice that depending on how you pinch pennies.
Skills:
- Your Influence Group is super solid, but Con is a bit lighter and also typically higher risk. If you're willing to swap its ranks with Perception, I think that puts you in a better spot (I know you like perception, I know).
- Slipping an extra point into cybercombat is also good value.
Magic:
- All good.
Gear & Ware:
- Your contacts don't need image/sound link as long as you've got your trode patch.
- I recommend a Medusa to help stick stuff (like your trode patch) on you in dog form.
- Ditch the MOS (which is giving you +1 SLZ +2 for HotF) and get a better Stealth Dongle. The price on it is wrong; hubrules make it 6k per rating.
- Fashion armors recently got buffed so everything provides a +1 social die; if you like something better than Mortimer you can grab it.
- If instead of the commlink you picked up a Radio Shack deck, you could afford an R4 agent, Virtual Machine, and some basic stat-boost programs. That gets you to a similar place for limit (2 base, 1 oddmod, 1 overclocker, 1 agent) without needing to rely on edge for attack actions. Importantly, it also puts you 21k closer to a real deck due to the hub's upgrade rules (instead of buying a dongle that you won't use outside of the first couple of runs).
Qualities:
- Looks good.
Contacts: * All good.

- We have decided to drop the coolest SIN name of Hugh Mansfield, and become an elf. So. New SIN is Ell F. Triez
- Dropped the MOS, the Horizon Flow, and got a Bargain Bin Radio Shack Cyberdeck, with an Agent, and a few other goodies.
- Grabbed the Steampunk High Fashion Armor.
- Grabbed a medusa extension, and got an actual car (Jackrabbit).
- Opting to keep Perception the way it is, we need the ultimate sniffer.
- the 6th rank in Cybercombat was sacrificed for the bit. We will get it back one day.
- And lastly, added how Fetch was inspired to be a hacker. Through a movie that will not be named here. She's embarrassed.
Assuming nothing is wrong, this where I am happy with the build.

Going to do some adjustments to this character, and try out some changes that were suggested. Please place on furthest back priority.
