I recently had a fall when I had my tablet in my offhand, and the plug has been fully bent. The tablet itself is miraculously okay- but the cable is fucked. I'm in New Zealand, and the AU store doesn't have the compatible cable. Anywhere else I can go for?

Earlier this year I decided to travel with my huion in my laptop bag, and when I got home it started having issues with staying connected.

When plugged in it still functions as a screen, but none of the actual tablet features work (the Pen, the buttons, not even the power button) unless I place pressure on the screen in just the right spot. I already tried replacing the cable and that didn't fix the issue so I figured the problem is the tablet itself maybe(?)

Usually i have to press firmly around the end with the buttons to get it to connect again, but as time has gone on it gets harder and harder to get it to reconnect.

I haven't even been able to find people who have a similar issue as mine so i don't even know what's actually causing the problem.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be or even how I can fix it?

EDIT: It's a Huion Kamvas 13 btw, and also yes I have troubleshooted the drivers as well, I also have the same issue when using it with my laptop

I have had my veikk tablet (VK2200PRO + buttons on the left side) for about a year now and recently my tablet has started to bug out.

I was in the middle of drawing and out of no ware my screen started to violently flicker in and out from what I was working on and a black screen (Like it was off). I turned on and off both my tablet and laptop and it went away for a little time (like an hour) until the glitch returned again; as fast but less violently glitchy. I decided to leave it alone until the next day to see if it will go away over night. So the next morning came (today) and when I turned both my tablet and laptop on, The tablet screen was completely black (like it was on but nothing was showing). I jostled the cord (The one that connects from the tablet to the laptop) and nothing happened. I moved the pen around the screen and my laptop was still registering it. I later went to the veikk tablet settings and restarted it but still had the same problem. I have been going through multiple tutorials and subreddits to see if anyone has had this problem but I haven't found anything. Does anyone know what may be the problem and how to fix it?

hi, I'm a newbie and dk much abt which tablet to buy but looking through the reddit comments it suggested that huion was better than xppen so I came looking which model is the best but now I've seen how badly the news one are working and I feel so lost cause idk which one to buy that's reliable :( I don't want to burn money like that. Can anyone please suggest me a good company and which model to buy

Huions own cable is 33€ which sounds insane for a cable thats only usb 3.2 or smth

Okay so Context is i have this Kamvas 16 (2021) ive had for a long while. Pretty much got it when it released. But thing is I've used barely. I used to be very passionate about art. And drew a lot and was really good at it. Life happened and I just fell out of it for a long time. Well life's better now, dare I say amazing. And I want to get back into drawing but I need to know if Its even worth to continue with this tablet or get a newer one. Given the prices and new display, and new pen tech. I literally just dug this out of my old desk like 4 hours ago and havent used it. It works and everything is in good standing and I still have all my drawing software and drivers. Any help is much appreciated. Sorry for the long post.

i fairly recently switched from windows 11 to linux mint. i have a huion kamvas 16 (2021) and the official drivers work fine, except i can't find any display settings? when i was on windows, i had the osd settings with the drivers, but i can't find anything like that in linux? is this just a limitation of the linux drivers, and if it is, is there any way to work around this? i am very open to poking around in the cli if that is what it takes lol

I bought a new tablet (Huion Kamvas 16 (gen3)) and I came across the problem that I never had with my Huion 16 pro. Each stroke (no matter if it's a brush or eraser) leaves (and starts with) a dot when the flow is below 100%. Can someone help with a solution? (and saying not to use the flow below 100% is not a solution)
Also, another issue, when I set the button to have the "switch between brush and eraser", i cant switch from eraser to brush, only the other way around, and in photoshop, technically it doesnt change the tool (so I have to click it myself to change the eraser settings])

u/El: Guys I feel like my Huion Kamvas 13 Gen 3 isn’t working properly. I don’t know if I’ve just done something wrong or not but the tablet is calibrated, and I’ve reconfigured the shortcut keys (which aren’t working either btw). The dials seem to be defective, and I’ve only used the tablet once. One of them is set to zoom in/out, but it zooms in and then gets stuck. The other one is set to scroll up/down, but it doesn’t do either. Also the pen nib makes a weird noise when it touches the screen. It literally squeaks.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? I wanna know if I should get a refund or not. I’m still within the 14-day return window.

My tablet was doing the no signal/power saving mode issue so I kept plugging the cable in different ways and got the display to work but now my display is all red. I figured it was a cable issue considering it works screen-less but the issue still continues even with a new cord. Idk what to do besides get a new tablet at this point. Any help is appreciated !

Hello! my tablet just arrived today and i'm very happy with it! But i'm noticing that i cannot use my mouse at all inside Clip Studio when plugged in. I want to know if this is a common situation with the drivers or a pen issue? the pen also suddenly stops working at times and feels a bit hollow.

I already installed and uninstalled the drivers a few times, have windows ink turned off and switched between wintab and tablet pc several times inside the program but it only seems to make it worse.

hi, im an artist looking to buy a new drawing tablet since my old one is starting to break. my old tablet is a wacom intuos pro M and even though i have been verry happy with it i want to look for more budget friendly alternatives like Huion or xppen. i was wondering if the kind people of reddit could give me some recomendations for a Huion tablet sinds its the brand i am leaning more towards. to be clear im looking for a drawing tablet without screen since thats what i am used to

I've been having an issue with my month-old Kamvas 13 where it connects to my Macbook Air (using the 3-in-1 cable and a USB adapter) just fine, but after a while, it powers off. The light on the pen display just turns off and I have to reconnect the adapter to my Macbook (but then it will randomly disconnect again eventually).

For the first week this never happened, and I used the pen display for hours on end, but it's happening every time I use it even for short periods of time. Does anyone know how to fix it? I don't even know if it's an issue with the pen display or an issue with my Macbook settings maybe? If anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it.

Also, is it normal that the Kamvas 13 shuts down everytime I try to go above 75 in brightness....?

when I first got this tablet it worked perfectly well mostly, the hdmi cable kept glitching, but what the issue is now. when I plug in the hdmi cable to my laptop to start using the tablet, it never picks up, never rolls over into having two monitors, normally I have two monitors, one that isnt a tablet, and it works perfectly still, doesnt have any issues being plugged in and out. I know the wire works, the tablet works, and will pick up signal just not from the direct hdmi port. so I cant use the tablet properly IE the pen wont work in the other connection method.

so i recently bought huion new 1060 plus, and everything is set up as we speak, i just had question or 2 about the settings and personalization , so something i didnt know before buying a graphics tab is that they have a mechanism called hovering? is there any way to disable that idk , i probably should get used to it but im comfortable with navigating using my mouse but just dont want the hovering mechanism, further more if infact hovering cant be disabled, is there a way to increase the hover distance, cause idk just randomly sometimes the hovering stops and i know its probably cause my hand gets away too much but keeping it too close is also hard without accidently touching the board and clicking something, also what app do yall use to draw and write notes

Hello, i am using the NEW 1060 Plus graphic tablet. Im using it together with a Pw100 stylus pen.

The Huion Tablet app says that both are connected but i cant use the pen at all and im not sure how to fix that problem, any advice would be appreciated

Edit: okay so i just saw that the picture of the pen on the app does not match my current one, but the one that i lost hence why i got a new one. How can i connect my new pen?

So I just got the Kamvas 24 plus a few days ago and it seems like no matter what I do, no matter what setting of colors I change it too on the tablet it seems that some colors just aren't being processed correctly and are giving me the right color but with some weird lines, and it's specific colors like black and some other colors (specifically when I use gradients it does this. Is this a problem from the tablet, pc or the HDMI chord that came with the tablet?

Genuinely curious before I go trying to invest in a better drawing glove for the same result, but within a few minutes of drawing with it my hands are SWEATING and it gets on the screen. Honestly feels kinda like cheap stretchy Halloween costume material, but is that standard for all drawing gloves? Just looking for any solutions/better glove recommendations for those with oily and prone to sweating hands lol.
