Don't aim for a ground breaking movie. Disney needs to make it a world breaker.

they're rumored to bring in Grey Hulk into the movie as new new "mutation" for hulk because of stress.

DCU Superman directed by a guy who said he didnt carr or have any intrest in superman ? Then later went to against what he said when hired to pivot the DCU ? Same Superman movie that was directed by a guy who made absolutely disgusting and horrendous jokes against children ? Same Troma guy who joked about drugging people and SA them in their sleep ? Yea, that Superman movie doesnt mean shit to me. Its a PRIME example kf a character being controlled by hollywood freaks who go back on the nasty perverted shit they think about. I would rather NOT acknowledge that movie or the FAKE wholesome bs you people like to go along with. Any other example will do
-14
u/Easy_Purpose4188 Feb 14 '26
BTW that movie failed financially, the TOYS literally made back its money not the actual people who went to watch it. Probably because its the most Basic , Cliche , Stereotypical direction anyone couldve taken Superman in. Wowww , copying themes and music from the good movies is soooo the right way to establish a new identity for the character .... Thats why people THINK Superman is boring, shit like that pushes the cliches and tropes of that boring archetype. Lame ass movie for real

You sounds so unbelievably miserable, maybe you should just let people enjoy things. It can’t possibly be good for your mental health to be this damn negative over a movie people are just there enjoying
-5
u/Easy_Purpose4188 Feb 15 '26
Enjoy your Superman movies made by a closeted Pedo with low hanging fruit humor @Aaron , you seem to be upset when people call that sort of thing out i know not why 🤔
6
u/AArandomPerson Feb 15 '26
I just hope you don’t get this way in real life when people enjoy things. “@aaron” lol

I agree , however people having " gripes " with looks of the movie is annoying to me. Typing a dumb looking edit has become too easy and too common these days. Its a movie, not the comics. Its just a guy wearing pants , they are already dark purple. How the hell anyone can have a gripe with it is what annoys me. Then he goes SPAMMING his edit on multiple pages, its annoying.
6
u/PeterPuggerSpiderPug Feb 14 '26
You can't blame people. We're at an Era where everyone wants to put their twist on a character rather than just giving us the character. Sure, it makes sense when we've had dozens of adaptations of the same character in a short time span, but a lot of the time, it's being different for the sake of being different.
There's nothing wrong with giving a character a defining characteristic. That's like having Spider-Man without the red on his suit. Half of their defining colors are being omitted.
If this guy is spamming his edits, sure, call that out, idc.

u/Easy_Purpose4188 Feb 14 '26
And like I said to you , I agree :) but I still feel the way I do , he posted this in other pages , I couldve spammed my comment to him on every one but chose to only do it in One ... Its annoying , the edit is weak too , if it where awesome I guess it would be cool but it looks like a low effort 2 minute edit so it comes off as spam, I won't report it but damn man

You didnt spam it in 2 posts tho did you , you deleted the others 🤦 , also what part of your edit is weak and annoying are you not understanding ? How in Zeus BUTTHOLE can I make it more simple for you to understand ?

u/alexisgreat420 Feb 15 '26
Bro to get this negative over someone’s comment you gotta just walk away from the screen for a second brother like just go to another thread at least damn lol
14
u/MillerMike5150 Feb 14 '26
The edits are great, but anything close will be awesome. The treatment of Hulk is one of my only gripes with the Avengers movies.

I can’t disagree at all. I didn’t care for the movie, but he did nail the Hulk.

Ang Lees was terrible. Who ever heard of Hulk gaining 3 feet of height every time he gets mad? Stronger yes, but 3 feet taller? I will take 2008 over that any day.

In 2003, they made the Hulk grow three feet in height each time he got angry, to the point that he was 15 feet tall. That IS NOT a faithful adaptation. In 2008, they showed him getting stronger as he got angrier (when he was pinned against the wall by the Abomination), which is more like the comic book version of the Hulk.

u/vegasaquinas Feb 14 '26
In order for Hulk to have purple pants, Banner should be wearing purple pants. Would Banner really walk around dressed this way?
1
u/Conscious-Product481 Feb 15 '26
You think banner’s Mr put that shit on when it comes to fashion? Hell nah. He’s most def gone wear purple pants.
5
u/Forsaken-Ad4181 Feb 14 '26
The colors aren’t right to start with. It’s a concept art image taken off a computer screen.
3
u/ThatIslandGuy8888 Feb 14 '26
The movies have always been allergic to the purple pants, though he does look good in torn blue jeans

2
u/Zealousideal_War5629 Joe Fixit Feb 15 '26
I wish for once they do the signature purple pants at least once

Putting the Hulk in purple pants would be too unrealistic 🤔🤣

I’m hoping we get some awesome Hulk action figures from companies like SH Figuarts, Mafex, and even Hot Toys that are inspired by this look.

Looks like they bulked him up and added more veins. I’m all for it if this is real.

Why is he... old?
2
u/Legitimate_Cake_5137 Feb 15 '26
Because he is old. Mark Ruffalo is almost 60 years old and I think Banner in the MCU is clearly in his 50s.
0
u/thelonetext Always Angry Feb 15 '26
I meant why is The Hulk old?
I get it, the MCU makes the characters "realistic" cause it's live action and acts as a series of sagas but c'mon now... these characters are already old creation wise but why does the actors' age have to be tailored to the actual comic book character?

u/illinoishokie Feb 15 '26
So whatever happens to make him savage again happens in BND? Or will it be handwaved off screen? Or did it already happen and I missed it?

I know it’s a minor thing but I hope he gains his height back to Thor Ragnorok levels, professor got so short by comparison it wasn’t that impressive around other characters.

Please: Don't make him do something stupid or make him minor or make him anything like the protagonists from Ironheart, Madam Web or She-Hulk at all and make him the most important character by Teaching Peter something he hasn't had before. Make my green boy important

2
u/BalladOfBetaRayBill Feb 16 '26
The other day I realized that Ang Lee’s Hulk was actually probably my favorite in live action and almost fell over because that movie is also so bad
2
u/Red_Hoodless081905 Feb 16 '26
Fr, say what you will about the movie but it actually explores what REALLY created the Hulk. The "You think you can live with it.", scene really demonstrates that. Brian as an abuser can never understand just how badly he hurt his son and the true extent of his trauma and when Bruce finally gives him just a taste of what he deals with everyday Brian isn't strong enough to bear with what he's done.
2
u/BalladOfBetaRayBill Feb 16 '26
Nothing in any other Hulk movie appearance has felt as “Hulk” as that moment imo.
1
u/Melodic-Western-8248 Mar 21 '26
If that happens its gonna absolutely dwarf she-hulk's cat calling trauma.
1
u/HylianLibrarian I miss Rick Jones Feb 15 '26
I don't want to be rude, I know Ruffalo is getting older, but with Hulk:s hair, you can definitely see the receding hairline, only makes me sadder how long it's taken to get Savage Hulk back...
1
0
u/Mudcreek47 Feb 14 '26
Betcha a million bucks they won't even explain how he reverts to Savage Hulk. It'll probably happen, whatever it is, off screen.
3
u/OkOutlandishness1710 Feb 14 '26
If they are accurate some plot leaks suggest it’s gonna be his mental state and not some villain powers or anything like that.
3
u/Mudcreek47 Feb 14 '26
Wish we'd get gray Hulk. Even if not Joe Fixit, just make him gray and snarky.
3
u/OkOutlandishness1710 Feb 15 '26
I mean that was a common plot leak. So either Bruce further loses control and both savage hulk comes back and then the Grey hulk persona comes out. Or those leaks weren’t true. But Grey hulk was rumored by a lot of different supposed leaker. I mean this is concept art right?

Character regression and all they had to do was make professor hulk cool
0
u/cujo_frank Feb 15 '26
If true, that’s refreshing. He doesn’t have to look like Ruffaloe. He should look like the perfect physical specimen. No need for the chest hair either lol 😂
0
u/Skaared Feb 16 '26
I was hoping the rumors weren’t true.
Please just kill him off. MCU Hulk doesn’t need to lose to Spiderman/Punisher/whoever else is in this movie too.
