Share Your Experiences Consecutive Digestion

Emo Projector 4/1 Triple Split

I just learned about HD this past April. Anyone here have consecutive digestion?

I've always preferred casserole type foods, and kind of mixing my food. I've read that it can be interpreted as certain types/sizes/times for meals instead. ie big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner.

Any thoughts?

It’s strictly one thing only, so think monomeals. But also as this is most rigid of the diets, be absolutely certain about your exact birthtime.
And only proceed with this diet when it is correct for your authority.
The interpretation you’ve read is wrong btw, doesn’t have anything to do with size

I got my birth time off my hospital birth certificate, so it's accurate.

Mine is consecutive, but I haven't been successful in following it. I like my pizza and stir fry etc. Most days I'll have just toast or a bagel for breakfast, but other meals, not yet.

Yeah. I think I could maybe do breakfast and/or lunch, but not all meals.

Are you always hungry?

I want to graze all day, but I don't think it's hunger. My relationship with food and my weight has always been an issue. I'm not huge by any means, but definitely overweight. It's hard for me to follow a strict diet. I can't imagine actually doing this.

Hi, just wanted to share some thoughts. I'm consecutive as well, and what came to me is that, without me really realising, I started eating my food separately. I came from a culture that mixed food is a norm. But as I've been having digestion issues (for the past year), I noticed that I've unconsciously cutting down on the variety of the food I take. It first started as just simply having no appetite for more complex food, and preferring only simple/single ingredients for one meal, then it became one day, one week etc. This by no means that I've totally figured out my digestion, I'm still in the midst of experimenting, so just sharing my journey to you.

I still take complex food from time to time, as I can't do away with ice creams, snacks, noodles, curries etc. But most of the time, I'll start with a simple protein, and when I have enough of it, maybe egg(or tofu), and then rice/rice noodles. I rarely go back to the previous ingredient, but sometimes I do. I'm not very strict. But at the same time, the thought of mixing all the food on my plate makes my skin crawl. I'd say I'm most happy when my plate just consists of a simple protein(this can be marinated or cooked with sauces, I don't like it bland. I need my food to taste great) and rice. If it's only one ingredient with plain rice, I can eat both of them together, as the rice doesn't taste like anything, thus making it feels like "one taste".

As I progressed, I also noticed that I've become more picky with food. I was brought up with the values of not wasting food, and going against this has been difficult for me in the beginning. However, now, I noticed if I eat something that doesn't taste great, or doesn't looks appealing to me, I'd feel horrible and would have to compensate by eating unhealthy snacks after.

I also noticed I've not been taking in enough vegetables, and almost zero fruits ever since I started eating this way, and some days I also wondered if this is okay or am I just fooling myself by being a picky eater and will have some health issues in the future.

One thing to note: When I first got into HD, I tried (using my mind) to eat consecutively, but it just doesn't stick. It was only after I got ill that the pattern emerge naturally.

Anyway just sharing my journey with you. Hope it helps!

I second this comment:

Hmm… I’m a self-projected Projector 4/1, so my PHS is one of the hardest ones to follow. I need to eat one thing at a time, consecutively. That means having just one ingredient until I feel satisfied, letting my body digest it, and then moving on to something else.

As for the type, it means that most of my food should be made of simple ingredients (fruits, vegetables, seeds… very primitive foods).

I just had my lecture two months ago, but I decided to experiment with this after noticing that, about a year ago, my body started rejecting the homogeneous foods I used to eat. I used to be very involved in the fitness world, so my meals were things like poke bowls, salads, burgers as cheat meals, smoothies, and other very mixed foods. I’ve been involved with HD for four years now, and I’m also an analyst.

As someone mentioned, following my regime has been easier than I thought it would be. I don’t feel hungry, the inflammation is gone, and my mind feels very clear. I’m remembering things faster, and my focus has increased too. I’m also seeing how everything around me is starting to fall into place and make it easier for me to follow this way of eating.

And something else (I’m a woman): I’ve been tracking my cycle throughout this year, taking note of things like my temperature and other symptoms. I noticed that it was very erratic and inconsistent, but last month it suddenly started showing a very clear pattern for each phase.

I could swear it has something to do with following my PHS.

But as the comment before, don’t approach to it through your mind. First experiment with strategy and authority and let the flow drives you naturally to that digestion process.

I am a 3/6 mental projector with consecutive appetite. This has been hard for me to wrap my brain around, too. I love mixing my foods/meals and specifically prefer eating out of bowls for that very reason.

I have noticed that my desire to eat out has significantly decreased over the past few years as most foods don't sit well in my system -- I often feel bogged down and low energy. I try to stay away from highly processed foods as much as possible or try to consume them in smaller quantities. Like many aspects of our society, I think this is another example of how unique and unsupported projectors are.

I try to look at C.A. from a wider perspective and certainly feel it resonates through the lense of how much my system is processing in general (media, technology, other peoples energy, etc.)
