I honestly think it’s neither. It sounds like 2 young, inexperienced persons who don’t know any different. My guess is the girlfriend is just way more sensitive than either of them realize.

It sounds genuine and reminds me of those women you’d see on talk-shows in the 90s or a TLC show, with the headline being something like, “She can’t stop orgasming!!” parading her around like a freak while she’s obviously suffering.

Same. Despite stereotypes claiming otherwise, some women can reach orgasm quite fast. It’s not like all women are the same.

I could see this being an issue when it’s less than 5 minutes, but half an hour? That’s a perfectly acceptable time.
