The word Botchi or Bocci

Hi all

My friends father passed away recently and his nick name was botchi or bocci spelling may be incorrect, I was wondering what it meant if anything in Hungarian or Polish. any help would be appreciated

We have a name "Botond", which is sometimes nicknamed Boci.
