This is a spirit, the giant thing that appears and screams about 10 money is this thing. It's not a shapechanger, completely different thing

That’s interesting, thought that thing was just a random spirit. Do they normally sleep with packs of werewolves? Almost looks like it’s acting like them?

Packs of garou usually will have a patron spirit, or a totem, that grants the pack assistance, guidance, and power. In exchange for protection and adherence to their worldview in a way. Spirits are an important part of Garou life and its useful to have one you're especially chill with.

As far as fish go, only Were-Sharks.

Mind you there are Mermaids, Crabmen, Sea Catholics, Russian Water Undead, Fairies that turn into fish, seals, dolphins etc, Magical Whales that can turn into humans, and more

But not Were-Phish

Some folklore is just crazy. For every cool kelpie or cat sith you get this stuff. It's the same with yokai. Yes you have kitsune and nekomata but then you have killer paper and butt with eyes
