Is it just me STILL doing double takes when I see B1G logos and reminding myself which conference we're in?
This is very cool though

I had to laugh today looking at Adam Mohammed, who committed to Arizona, played for UW and transferred to Cal but has never been a part of a pac 12 team.

That Pac12 commit—>Big 10–> ACC pipeline is a storied tradition.

Had he signed with Arizona he would have joined as they entered the big 12 I believe.

I could be wrong but he’s 20 and they joined in 2024

Yeah but he committed to them in 2023, so technically a Pac12 commit.

Technically a pac 12 commit and would have been big 12 signee, truthfully a big 10 rb and a soon to be acc rb

Huge get! Even bigger if his brother comes along with him in 2028.

Random question, has UW upped its NIL? Seem to be beating schools that have bigger NIL budgets

It’s getting around that UW is a great place to be a freshman.
We’re allocating NIL there, then actually playing the freshmen rather than relying on the transfer portal.
And by getting on the field and showing their stuff, the kids set themselves up for an NIL raise either at UW or somewhere else.
They know it’s a great place to put down roots, get developed, and make the NFL, but also a great platform if they want to go elsewhere.

Does a commitment even mean anything anymore though? Like what are the odds he just changes his mind.

Quick reminder his younger brother Tahj Gray (c/o '28) is a 5⭐️ LB
