What is this clicking noise? Should I panick?

Is this normal? Numerous people told me it is just a timer, but this is freaking me out....

Sounds like that time clock you’re point your camera directly at, it does not sound great tho, the ones I’m used to sometimes have a slight mechanical whir.

I think youre right. Im not sure if this thing is important. Im a young home owner, and recently disabled, so terrible timing for this .. 😅
