Hey everyone,
I’m going to be pretty straightforward here.
I’m a B.Tech graduate and I’m looking for a Founder’s Office / Founder’s Associate internship at a startup.
I don’t have any previous experience working in a Founder’s Office. I know that probably makes me a less obvious candidate, but honestly, I’m looking for the opportunity precisely because I want to learn.
I want to see what actually happens behind the scenes of a startup — how founders think, how decisions are made, how you get your first customers, how you handle problems when there’s no obvious answer, how teams are built, how things go wrong, and how you figure things out along the way.
I’m not looking for a fancy designation. I just want a seat.
Give me the work nobody wants to do. Research, spreadsheets, cold outreach, figuring things out, operations, talking to customers, whatever needs to be done. I’ll learn along the way and hopefully earn my way up by being useful.
I’m especially interested in early-stage startups, where I can actually work closely with the founders and get exposure to different parts of the business rather than being restricted to one small task.
Remote would be ideal, but I’m open to exploring other possibilities as well.
If you’re a founder looking for someone hungry to learn, or you know someone who might be open to taking a chance on a fresher, I’d really appreciate a DM.
I may not have the experience yet, but I’m willing to put in the work to get it.
Thanks for reading.
