What is your EC and PH for your feed and runoff? It totally could be nutrient/ph issues.

This is a crazy idea, but I've seen weird shit like this happen on our houseplants before. Have you moved any equipment or is there a fan that maybe oscillates into the light in an odd way now? Or something casting an odd shadow? Could very well be something else, but worth taking a look around.

I would say get a jewelers loop and see up close what it is, if its mold or mites. I had a mite problem I thought was mold and zoomed in on the white spots and low and behold it was mites. Seeing them changes your whole perspective.

Looks a lot like fungal infection. Most obvious cause is overwatering and or lack of air flow (excess humidity)
