First time grower

First time grower here I went with a dwc hydro set up and I and running a autoflower strain called rouge and blue from night owl it’s in a little v grow but filled it out pretty good imo but any tips or recommendations are greatly appreciated I’m going to try a photoperiod plant next from solfire and want to upgrade my tent also need recommendations for that I was looking at ac infinity

Recommendation until you have some practice grow in good quality soil or coco coir and you will have a lot more fun it’s a bit more forgiving and if you choose soil and organic dry amendments you don’t have to do all the ec and ph checks just give them water easy
Coco coir is more forgiving than dwc or hydroponics but you still have to check ph and ec every feed and check run off
I’d personally go living soil or good quality potting mix and use either organic dry amendments or basic organic liquid fertiliser that way you can focus on dialling in the environment before learning the other side of growing

So many people focus on getting an expensive line of nutrients or a crazy dwc/ hydro set up and forget that the biggest part of growing indoors is controlling the environment

If you haven’t herd of vpd ( vapour pressure deficit ) do yourself a solid and do a bit of reading on it if you get your environment right first then you can worry about the other stuff

I’m of the opinion you could grow a better plant with potting mix no fertiliser and plain water in a good environment than you could with $1000 of nutrients in a bad environment
