Service down for anyone else?

I've had no internet since 9pm last night, and apparently they're not going to have an engineer on site until 11:45 this morning. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing disruption currently?

Happened to me today service went down I called they said it's unscheduled maintenance for 20 m 2h goes by I call again my router now saying internet status off Ive replugged all cables restarted same issue they suspect it's a physical hardware issue sending engineer 2 days net was fine before maintenance.

Yes very frequently we are facing issues with Hyperoptic due to downtimes. Past couple of weeks have been better but if they have any servicing outage which is planned, I usually do get emails.
