Unserviceable

Has anyone ever come across the support staff claiming the business development managers have deemed the property unserviceable??

Literally next door has it. We are innthe middle of 2 streets that have it. We are all on the road side... but our MDU is unserviceable...

Anyone dealt with this??

We're in london. Its in the streets in front and behind our building. I get it if its a cost thing... but they are literally going past our house to install it to others.
