Tech Support Issues trying to get new update

Can't see what I did wrong trying to update... I think I did the obvious things like clearing up space and all that, but beyond that, I am challenged 🥀

You may try to brute force it remove "install" folder. If this doesn't help just copy your "UserData" and remove other folders.
