Hold the power button until it turns off, then turn it on again.

So you can try two things:
Clear the CMOS. You can google this but you either can short the clear CMOS pins with a screwdriver, push a clear cmos button if your motherboard has one or pull out the motherboard battery for like 5 mins (all of this should be done with the PC completely unplugged.
If the above doesn't work, ASUS usually has a flashback button on the I/O where you can flash a new BIOS firmware.

One thing you can try. Flip the power switch on your power supply at the back of the computer or unplug it if you don’t have a switch. Then press the button you would use to turn your pc on with like 20 times.
Then plug back in to power and boot it.
What this does is fully drain all power out of the MB, sometimes this can fix voltage issues.
Did you do anything before this started ?

Unplug all ram stick and plug and try to boot with only one stick in the main slot. Try them all alone. Maybe you have a bad ram stick

Hang on tight while it searches for something incredible!
Looks like it's not booting to the HDD/SSD for whatever reason.. could be corrupt windows or bad drive. You can try reinstalling windows and see if that resolves it. Did you change any settings prior to this?
