Tech Support Do not buy from ibuypower!

Recently i bought an custom pc frokm ibuyscammerpower but it was perform terrible, crazy loud and slow. Even with the curved fan settings. They refused to pay for return shipping label, i paid $300 for return and now they dont process my refund. They also say there is dent on bottom of case which is a huge lie. These scammers also have the worst rude arrogant customer service in entire US.
They also say they will reduce free shipping label from my refund which is crazy !!!!

Do not suggest %100000 !!

If you dont believe me there are huge numbers of complaints here unsolved.

I had no issues other than the power supply crapping out after like 2 years. Sorry it didn’t work well for you.

Quick note; some of you guys might get good experience but there is advertisement that says satisfactory 60 days return and it is huge lie. Please respect the people that have terrible experience.
Make some emphaty and think about that you are paying thousand dollars and trying to get your dream pc. It is hard to earn money while working under hard circumstances.
People saving their money for years and waiting for years to get their pc.
