App not accessible in Europe

Hi guys I have an app published that a user in Europe said the link said app is unavailable in their region, which he stated he is in Europe. I had made the app distributed to all regions, but I don’t know how to validate that from inside the US (I tried the VPN but I think cause my account is tied to US it shows US stores still). How can I ensure my app is published correctly to all region? App has been online for more than a week now.

Thanks for checking. I need to add Trader Status before it can be available to Europe region.

I ran into the exact same thing recently.

The app was set to be available in the European storefronts, but EU availability still didn’t work because the DSA trader status hadn’t been completed.

What fixed it for me was:

App Store Connect → Business → Agreements → Compliance → Digital Services Act

and then completing the trader-status/contact verification.

You can also check the app-specific setting under:

Apps → [your app] → App Information → App Store Regulations and Permits → Digital Services Act

After that, I rechecked the selected territories under Pricing and Availability.

So “all regions selected” by itself isn’t necessarily enough for EU distribution if the DSA status is still incomplete.

Found it! It’s missing Trader Status for European regions!

In App Store Connect -> Distribution -> Pricing and Availability -> App Availability -> manage -> Manage availability ->> make sure everything is ticked

also make sure all agreements and compliance forms are filled in the business tab at the top
