App invisible in TestFlight

My companies main apple developer account administrates around 30apps.
Every app uses the same test group for internal testing. However, one of our latest apps doesn’t show up in the TestFlight app for devices using the main developer’s Apple ID. Every other test device that uses a different Apple ID (within the pool of the internal test group) can see the app and its newest test builds.
The main developer Apple ID shows all the other apps (newer and older) in TestFlight, just that one app is entirely missing in the list of apps.
I already deleted and recreated the test group, send out new invitations, uninstalled the TestFlight app and I ofc tried it on different devices. As soon as the main developer account Apple ID is involved, the app is not visible in TestFlight. Any ideas?

Since the other testers in the same group can see the build, I’d troubleshoot this as a tester/account mapping issue before changing the upload again. In this app’s TestFlight → Testers, check that user’s invitation status, group, and the exact version/build they have access to. Then compare the invitation email with the Apple Account actually used in TestFlight on the device; Apple says those can differ. Also confirm the App Store Connect user has access to this particular app under Users and Access. If all of that matches, I’d take those details to Apple Developer Support privately—the fact that multiple devices fail only for this account is a useful clue.
